We began on 22 April 2022 in Yalova Altınova with 5,000 pots. Our farm takes its name from Altınova — a region whose diversity of wild forest berries (strawberry, blackberry, cranberry, raspberry) and proximity to İstanbul make it a strategic geography for blueberry production.
We transform marshland, rocky, sloped and idle land into high-yield blueberry orchards using soilless production, terracing systems and remote sensor infrastructure.
Our goal is 200,000 pots and ~1,000 tons of annual production. Over the long term, this story that began in Altınova will grow into a sustainable production model spanning a broad geography from Antalya to the Black Sea.

Alova Farm's production model is built on a soilless farming approach. Strengthened by the smart-farming solutions of Agromini — part of the Letven Capital ecosystem — it delivers a climate-controlled, sensor-supported and data-driven production infrastructure.
In pot-based controlled production, each plant's water, mineral and nutrient balance is directly optimised. Soil-borne disease and contamination drop; chemical inputs fall to a minimum.
Spanish Elifab — one of Europe's most advanced fruit-grading systems — analyses every berry to millimetric precision on size, colour, firmness, surface quality and durability. Quality differences invisible to the human eye are separated instantly. Replacing manual sorting with a data-driven automation layer, Elifab clearly differentiates Alova Farm from other Turkish producers.
The system is also a transformative force for the region. The infrastructure Alova Farm is building will become the reference point for next-generation agricultural processing standards in Yalova and the surrounding area. The Elifab integration creates a model that can expand regional producers' access to global markets.
